The pieces we sell are antique and used ,and some will carry marks and wear commensurate with age. We aim to provide the most accurate photography & descriptions & are happy to send extra photos if required. We can also send you a detailed condition report of any item if you require it. Please ensure that the measurements of the piece or pieces are compatible with both the access of your property and the space in which you plan to site it.
All of the details in the descriptions are given honestly regarding materials, dimensions, dates, country of origin, however we cannot be held responsible for any mis-attributions or inaccuracies. If the item is not as described we will happily refund the purchase price but the buyer will be liable for return delivery cost. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us.
We are more than happy to offer refunds, if the item was not as described by Heritage antiques or if you received a damaged item – ‘This will give you confidence to buy from us”. Our policy lasts 7 days from receiving the items. If 7 days have elapsed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your items, using the approved carrier for Heritage antiques. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the out going delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
