An early 19th century antique portrait of the 1st Earl Howe. This fine portrait is in a regency gilt wood frame having elegant shells and scallops decorated throughout.
To the back of the painting, is a stamp by Reeves and son, 18th and 19th century art dealers in London. Above the stamp -After H. Singleton 1793.
